Think about in your organization.
- It could be a mentality of helping them see how they have ownership in the organizations outcome.
- It could be behaviorally by giving them more ownership on when and from where they work–as long as the result is delivered.
- It could be compensation incentive for projects they originate or improve above and beyond their job description.
- It could even be a partnership if they bring you a business idea they want to start or lead.
You decide, but think about a few ways you can create "intrepreneurship" inside your organization.
